Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had rooms with a veneer of fanciness that didn't quite live up to expectations, in a very large apartment building. The lack of privacy curtains alongside the blockout curtains was a downside for us. Despite that, the room was surprisingly spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with cooking facilities. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a great location. We found the location convenient for walking around the city, but parking options were a bit limited and pricey. The dining experience was a bit poor for the price, mainly in terms of breakfast quality. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money considering the quality of the rooms and pleasant service.
My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen, although it lacked some kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was a bit of a struggle, and the floor was slightly dirty, leaving black marks on our feet. However, my family and I were happy with the size of the room, and the shower was excellent.
The hotel was perfect for our needs, with beautiful rooms offering delicious food at a reasonable price. However, there were some issues with room cleanliness and the inconvenience of parking located 100m away.
The hotel's location was convenient and close to where I needed to be the next day. The room was a bit dated and appeared dull initially. The staff were quick to assist when my key didn't work, and their service was attentive and welcoming. The dining options were simple but unappealing for the expense. The central location was a plus, although the Wi-Fi limit was used quickly, which was disappointing.
I was pleased with the hotel's convenient location, close to Queen Street and various restaurants, although the presence of beggars was noticeable. The rooms were well-ventilated with windows that could be opened slightly, making the stay comfortable. The service, while efficient, left us mostly to ourselves with prompt responses when needed. The dining experience varied, with pricey yet delightful meals offered. The facilities were decent, with a central location ideal for exploring Auckland.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, although a bit old, providing a comfortable stay. The service was apologetic, but not very friendly. The location was excellent, with helpful staff, although it required climbing a steep hill. The dining experience was cold and seemed a little expensive. The facilities were okay, with room for improvement.
I was delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms, although they didn't give me the vibe of being very clean. While I appreciated the coffee making facilities, it would have been nice to have a microwave. The hotel is situated in an apartment building opposite, offering no city view, yet it's just a short walk to popular spots like the Sky Tower and Queen Street. The service was friendly and helpful, even though some basic customer service aspects could use improvement. The dining experience, with a good selection, was enjoyable, but could have been more appetising. The location is very convenient, being within walking distance to various attractions and transport options. Despite some limitations, the facilities met my needs during the stay.
The hotel was located superbly, very close to the Sky Tower and within walking distance to many city attractions. The rooms, although spacious and with comfortable king-size beds, lacked cleanliness and proper ventilation. The service was pleasant and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff; however, there were some minor communication issues. The dining options featured a wide variety of healthy dishes but were not considered good value. Overall, a convenient choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Auckland CBD, surrounded by various facilities, and within walking distance of Queen Street and restaurants. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a large portable air conditioning unit nearby and a comfortable sofa to relax on. Despite having to find dining options outside, the friendly staff enhance the overall stay experience.
